Belle & Clive events will typically take place at 11:30am EST, and also at additional times we believe you'll be excited to shop. But don't worry, we'll let you know in advance when an event is starting, and you can always check out our Upcoming Events page to see which sales are coming soon!

How long does a Belle & Clive event last?

Typical Belle & Clive events will last between 48 and 72 hours.

Can I order by phone?

At this time, purchases must be made through our website. If you are experiencing any problems placing your order online, please call Customer Care at 1-888-864-5799, who may be able to walk you through how to resolve your issue. And remember - items only remain in cart for 15 minutes, so act fast!

How do I refer my friends?

There are several ways to refer your friends to Belle & Clive. Post your personalized link on Facebook or Twitter or email it to your friends. Or, use Belle & Clive's email invitation form to refer friends. Visit our Invite Friends page to get started.

How many friends may I refer?

There is no limit to the number of friends you may refer to Belle & Clive, in fact, the more the merrier! However, there is a 1,000 character limit per send. If your friend already has an account or has been previously invited by you, he/she will not receive subsequent invitation emails.

My item is no longer available. Will you be getting more available?

Once an item sells out completely on Belle & Clive, there is no guarantee it will become available in the future. For this reason, it is important to act fast when you see an item you want. Our 21 day return policy for most items works to your advantage in the event you change your mind.

How long will items stay in my shopping cart?

We will reserve inventory for items in your shopping bag for 15 minutes before making the inventory available to other customers. If you leave the site then your shopping bag may hold the merchandise for up to 15 minutes. Because inventory on Belle & Clive is extremely limited on most items, it may sell out while you are waiting.


What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted on most Belle & Clive merchandise that is in original, unused condition (including all packaging and tags) within 21 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product detail page. Footwear returns must include the original shoebox without postal labels. Footwear returns where the shoebox is used as the shipping carton will be returned to the customer.

Returns of handbags, dresses and other select designer goods must have the Belle & Clive security tag attached. If these items are returned without the Belle & Clive security tag, they will be returned to you.

Return shipping charges are not refundable.

What makes an item "Final Sale"?

Not all products are eligible for returns. Occasionally, in order to get you the amazing deals we offer, we may need to mark an item as "Final Sale". Products not eligible for return will be clearly indicated as "Final Sale" on the product page. Please make sure to note if your item is eligible for return prior to purchasing it.

Diamond, Fine & Estate Jewelry - 14 Day Return Policy

For orders shipping in the United States, returns on Diamond, Fine & Estate Jewelry must be received within 14 calendar days from shipment in original condition (including all original packaging). All pieces will be shipped with a Belle & Clive security tag. Pieces sent back after the return period or without original packaging and the security tag will be returned to the customer.

Enjoy FREE RETURN SHIPPING when you use our pre-paid FedEx SmartPost domestic return label and choose to have your return total refunded in the form of Belle & Clive store credit.

If you refund the original payment method and use our pre-paid domestic return label, we will deduct $6.95 from your return total. If you do not use our pre-paid return label, no return fee will be deducted.

How do I return an item?

Belle & Clive offers fast and easy online returns. Follow these steps to return an item:

  1. Log into your Belle & Clive, and select My Account from your User Name drop-down menu. Then, select Orders & Returns from the left-side navigational menu, and find the order for which you want to create a return and click "Return Items".
  2. Fill out the form to receive a return authorization number and pre-paid FedEx SmartPost return shipping label.
  3. Click the "Print Confirmation" button to immediately print your return confirmation and FedEx SmartPost return shipping label. We will also send you a return confirmation email so that you can access your return confirmation and domestic return shipping label to print later.
  4. Pack the return and the return confirmation page in the original package, if possible. The return confirmation page is required for accurate return processing.
  5. Tape the return label securely to the box. If you opt to use your own shipper, we suggest that you use a traceable carrier.
  6. Take your package to any FedEx location or give your package to any Fedex driver making a regular pickup or delivery at your residence or place of business. Find your nearest FedEx location: www.fedex.com/locate.
  7. Note: Returns that are received without the return confirmation form included will be processed back to the original payment method.

How long does it take to receive a refund from my returned order?

Returns will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive your package at our warehouse.

After your return is processed, kindly allow three to five business days for a credit card refund to post to your billing statement. Belle & Clive store credit refunds will be immediately available after your return is processed. If you returned a gift for Belle & Clive store credit, please allow three to five business days for the store credit to appear in your account.

Why has $6.95 been deducted from my refund credit?

If you used our Return label and requested a refund back to your credit card, a return shipping fee in the amount of $6.95 was deducted from your return total. In the future, you can enjoy free return shipping when you use our pre-paid return label and choose to have your return total refunded in the form of Belle & Clive store credit.

Do you allow exchanges?

Belle & Clive inventory is extremely limited; therefore we are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you are dissatisfied with a returnable item, please return the item using our easy, online return form. Then place a new order online for an alternative product. If you require assistance from our Customer Care team, please call 1-888-864-5799.


How do I ship outside of the US?

International shipping is currently available to: Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Ecuador, El Salvador, Hong Kong, India, Israel , Japan, Kuwait, Macau, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates

If you wish to ship your order outside the US or countries currently supported with international shipping, you can set up an account with a freight forwarding company and then place an order on our site. For freight forwarding options to most international addresses, we recommend MyUS or Bongo.

How do Freight Forwarders work for International Shipping?

  1. Register with a freight forwarding company to receive a US shipping address
  2. Ship your Belle & Clive order to your freight forwarding shipping address at checkout
  3. We deliver the package to your freight forwarding shipping address, and they take it from there*

* Typically you will receive your package within 2-5 days from when it leaves the freight forwarder's warehouse, however we do not guarantee the delivery date for freight forwarders.

What are your shipping options in the US?

Belle & Clive is proud to offer fast, flat-rate shipping, no matter how many items are in your order.

Standard (UPS Ground or Basic): FLAT RATE - $7.95

Delivered within 4-8 business days: 1-3 business days processing time, 3-5 business days shipping time. Standard delivery is shipped by the best available method for the shipping address, either UPS Ground or UPS Basic Service.

Expedited (UPS 2nd Day): FLAT RATE - $14.95

Delivered within 2-3 business days: 1 business day processing time, 2 business days shipping time.

Express (UPS Next Day 3:00 PM): FLAT RATE - $24.95

Delivered within 1-2 business days: 1 business day processing time, 1 business day shipping time.


  • Expedited and Express orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EST (noon) are usually shipped the same business day. Expedited and Express orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST (noon) will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

How do I check my order status and track my package?

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipment notification with tracking information.

From within "My Account" click "Orders & Returns" to access your order history. Click "view detail" to arrive at the "Order Detail" page where you will find your order status and can track your shipment by clicking "Track Items".


What methods of payment does Belle & Clive accept?

Belle & Clive accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card. We do not accept cash, checks or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.).

Is sales tax applied to orders?

Sales tax is applied to your Belle & Clive order in accordance with individual state and local regulations if your shipping address is in one of the following states: CA, CO, IL, NY, OH and PA. For orders shipped to other states, your state and/or municipal government may require you to declare your purchase and pay appropriate sales tax amounts to them directly. Appropriate tax charges will appear on the "Review Order" page during checkout.

Can I change or cancel an order?

We're sorry, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they've been submitted. We rely on a heavily automated process to provide you with the fastest service possible, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage.
